Public Engagement

Connect with AI

Responsible for the design and construction of a simple yet engaging Connect 4 playing robot that is regularly taken out to schools and science festivals to interest students in Computer Science, raise awareness of the general public about Artificial Intelligence and hopefully provoke discussions about the future directions of robotics.

Starred alongside Honda's Asimo in the launch show of the Edinburgh Science Festival in 2009.
